After a long time i am going to post something in this blog. Infect this is not post by me but a post in my antieBizers group at facebook by Krishnashis Banerjee.

@Associates of ebiz (Shit-biz)... When would you understand that the company is fake? Of course, you will never understand that. This is the reason why you have joined this shit.
Now before you guys start abusing me, let me not talk any shit and come directly to points on why this company is fake.
1. Your owner, Dr. Pawan Malhan has got no information about himself in wikipedia.
2. The company, (claimed to be ISO certified) also has no information in wikipedia.
(Notes for #1 and #2) Even I can open a company and SAY that it is ISO certified. (As ISO 9001:2008 can be achieved in just Rs. 10,000. Check http://india.newads.org/get_iso_9001_2008_certificate_rs_10_000__9350942153_-571826-2 if you don't believe me). Even I can say that I am a pass out of Massachusetts Institute of Technology and I am a PhD in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Computer (where I am not). I am telling this because your owner (so-called "Dr." Pawan Malhan has got no page on wikipedia).
3. You sell products (claiming Computer Courses) at approximately Rs. 9500. Your computer courses are available on the Internet. Fuck you!! As you get much more FREE stuff (that too 1000 times better than yours) on the internet.
4. You mislead people by showing a wrong Binary Tree. You claim that you have 40,00,000 associates. 40,00,000 = 1000 * 1000 * 2 * 2. Now 1024 = 2 ^ 10. Thus 40,00,000 = 2 ^ 22. That constitutes a binary tree of depth 21. And a total orbit of 80,000. Now that I have shown you the real picture, all your calculations would go wrong and it would be seen that the Company is actually running under huge losses.
5. The fact of the 70:30 or 60:40 ratio is also wrong.
First 3 users. Company earns: Rs. (7,000 * 3) = Rs. 21,000. Company pays: Rs. 0 .... Ratio is 100:0
First 4 users. Company earns: Rs. (7,000 * 4) = Rs. 28,000. Company pays: Rs. 2700 .... Ratio is 280:27
First 8196 users (The one that you show in your presentation) Company earns : Rs. 5,60,00,000. Company pays : Rs. 4,40,00,000 .... Ratio is 14:11.
So, we see that as the number of users increase, the ratio decreases. And we all know, that once it decreases below 1, the company is running under a loss as, Company earns lesser than the Company pays.
Do, the remaining calculation. I am just giving you the figure.
For 40,00,000 users. Company earns : Rs. (7000 * 40,00,000) = Rs. 2800 crores. Company pays: Rs. 4200 crores (80,000 orbits, Rs. 25,000 per orbit, tree depth 21).
That means that the company is running under a loss of Rs. 1400,00,00,000. Aha!!!
Now get that clear you dick-heads. This company is absolutely FAKE!!!

Hello Guys, i have started ebiz in 2010 and as usually 99.9% people i have not any interest in product and totally interested in business as 100% people. When any friends or person puts allegation that ebiz is fraud company as ebizer we say that not it's not true and blah blah..We are selling products, if you don't use this product and you can't sell this product than its your fault.
Delete1. But wait guys, what i wanna ask is that who will be mostly in your first 50 associate ??? And how much money you and your family, friends put to earn and what is your total return? and you should know that if any friends or family members gonna fail in this business(as they also joined for business) they will start ignoring you as you have lost their trust and money(both most important in life).
2. As if you are planning to join this business,one friend of you have asked you to join meeting or has just explained business plan (as product is non.)Follow your this ebiz friend for 1-2 days. you will find out that he is no more studying and all day mostly hr is outside of house (family+friends). You will find that while he is passing through any public transport most of time you will find that he have no reputation as he has convinced some of his good friends who have good faith in him are nowadays looser by wasting time and money both. SO mostly people stays away from him/her (if you find out that he is getting respect, he/she is his/her associate..!).
3. some guys are saying that its not fraud company, yeah you all are right. its not fraud, due to its designed in such matters that we can't call it fraud (as they involving education business, which is bullshit as no one using it)you need to see that what is your position in this company? is it product seller?? No, no you are business seller, whomever you will sell, he buys business not an product. What you get in return? not more than 20%(if you are diplomate)So guys here company earns minimum 80% profit by just informing you that" Hello guys we are doing this business, can you buy this business plan and sell it? please do it by doing that i will give you 20%(dream of you as informed in presentation by showing 24 lakhs/year) but hey guy you need to invest all of yours, we will not give any peni or product(as you have to buy shirt, pant, tie, shoes as informed in their ethics) you also need to travel on your own cost(there is not any travelling claim). one more thing i remember, if you are at good level you need to organize meeting for new associates and for that you need to book presentation hall and you need to pay for it, there is no finance support from company..so you need to sell entry pass to your friends to cover expanse of hall. i remember we had paid and charged 50 rs,(as during school student life its too much but after presentation) in sort this company is also fraud baba who is fooling you and earning huge profit by doing nothing(as i said product=0)
3. when we had joined ebiz there is big name fo Mr, Mohit Sardana (diamond or gold diplomate), He is no more in this company and yeah as following pawan malhan, he also started his new company.
In sort you guys need to understand that in business someone sales product and needful buy and he got satisfaction. There is no satisfaction as there is no product no satisfaction . fail ratio is more than 85% and if you are willing to count yourself in success. you need to be definitely sure to put your family and friends as you are gonna loose in sort time, Don't waste 8000 rs., its cost a lot for poor people. Danger is here be alerts students. and if you are still doing ebiz business guys all i want to say you that just go out and fix your seat near to chaiwala, you see customer satisfaction and earning at all tea-stall and not much but they have reputation on that place and family(nor ignorance).
If you are still confused(don't buy it) or wanna argument(buddy wait for some time, i have that patience to see you again here by writing anti ebizer)

2. any legal company, be it reliance or tata is registered with the goverment of india, andinformation can be found on mca.gov.in.
3. correct, you can find computer courses on internet free, but just like you can find on youtube how to conduct a bypass heart surgery, so shall we watch it and perform the surgery all by ourselves. why go to the doctor??? study the engineering syllabus all by ourselves, why go to iit???
4. the company does not have 40lacs associates, it hs around 14 lac associates. you have the wrong information.
5.the ratio of 70:30 is correct s well. you have made a mistake in understanding the ratio. sir, for the 10,675 that the copant earns on a sale, let me tell you how the money is actually distributed.
the 70% of the money earned is distributed among all the assocites as commission. pay attention, ALL THE ASSOCIATES, not just one associate.
that means for 3 sales, when the company earns 10,675*3= 32035, it gives 2700 to the associte achieveing the cheque, simultaneously, the people coming in his upline would also be getting the commission for those sales, (since it is a network ), what i mean to say is when i achieve my cheque, some of myupline would be achieving their cheque also, some would be achieving their cycle, somewould be becoming silver, gold, diamond etc.
so they will also be getting commission on their efforts.
so the 70%of the money received by company on sales, wwould be distributed among all these respective associates, and not just one, since it is network , not retail selling
6. throgh ebiz, you can do retail sales wherin you get a higher commission on each sale, but then you do not get the benefit of a network.
P.S. sir, itne efforts apne ebiz ka mission promote karne me daale hote toh ajj kitne logon ki help kar chue hote and kitne hi paise kama chuke hote.

3. correct, you can find computer courses on internet free, but just like you can find on youtube how to conduct a bypass heart surgery, so shall we watch it and perform the surgery all by ourselves. why go to the doctor??? study the engineering syllabus all by ourselves, why go to iit???
4. the company does not have 40lacs associates, it hs around 14 lac associates. you have the wrong information.
5.the ratio of 70:30 is correct s well. you have made a mistake in understanding the ratio. sir, for the 10,675 that the copant earns on a sale, let me tell you how the money is actually distributed.
the 70% of the money earned is distributed among all the assocites as commission. pay attention, ALL THE ASSOCIATES, not just one associate.
that means for 3 sales, when the company earns 10,675*3= 32035, it gives 2700 to the associte achieveing the cheque, simultaneously, the people coming in his upline would also be getting the commission for those sales, (since it is a network ), what i mean to say is when i achieve my cheque, some of myupline would be achieving their cheque also, some would be achieving their cycle, somewould be becoming silver, gold, diamond etc.
so they will also be getting commission on their efforts.
so the 70%of the money received by company on sales, wwould be distributed among all these respective associates, and not just one, since it is network , not retail selling
6. throgh ebiz, you can do retail sales wherin you get a higher commission on each sale, but then you do not get the benefit of a network.

I had no clue what was going on since he dint reveal me anything.later on that day he left me alone with that senior guy whom i had never met befor.He spoke for 2hrs and gave a presentation which had me hooked. I really "impressed".soon i convinced my father saying its a course and took 10k from him and handed over to the senior.few days after joining i began to regret as all my frnds had already came across this ebiz. I began to get information about this and 2 days of research i got know this is just a business tactic i cannot say its fake but proved worthless since

There was a college student who was pursuing engineering in a private college . He was doing engineering for the sake of parents and dont have any big aims or ambitions in engineering. In his class of 50 people , 15 people were studying well 15 people were average and 10 people were just passing and 10 were keeping back logs. He was in the last category. He bunked every classes, keeping poor low attendance , having drinking and smoking habbits and also not respecting the teachers . Years passed and situtations became worser and finally he was having 15 backlogs in final year. The people who were with him completed their degree and he was siting alone.
Now , he started to tell everyone that "ENGINEERING IS A HELL AND F***R..I HAVE ALSO DONE IT, BUT I COULDNT GET A JOB. PLEASE DONT JOIN ENGINEERING".
People with common sense will understand the fact in it...is it really true that engineering is a waste by that guy's statement..
If you want a suggestion about a field , go to an expert and succesful person in that field. If you ask sundar pichai (ceo of google) about engineering and if he says anything bad , then we can come to a conclusion that engineering is a waste.. but who will tell engineering is a waste of time..the above mentioned guy , who did nothing , just wasted the time and money and finally says its waste..
